FAQ’s - Frequently Asked Questions:

1.) What’s your coaching program like?

My coaching program is a hybrid of private personal training and nutrition coaching. You'll receive your calorie/macro targets which will ensure you have the energy for your workouts. A workout program to help you look good. A proven process with training curriculum on how to meal prep/plan. And weekly check-ins for accountability.

2.) Is there a length of time you typically work with people?

It depends on the amount of weight they want to lose. I don’t believe in “quick fixes,” so the minimum time you can work with me 1:1 is 90-days. On average, for women who are looking to lose a considerable amount of weight (30+ lbs) we would typically work together for 6 months or longer. It truly depends on where you’re at and specifically what you’re needing for me to propose what I think would best serve you — which we will do on our discovery call.

3.) Does this program ever require, that I go to a gym?  With the current situation of COVID, many women are not planning to go to a gym and that’s 100% fine. As long as you have access to dumbbells and resistance bands, I’ll be able to create an at-home workout plan for you. I also have nutrition-only programs available.

4.) How often do you check on your 1 on 1 client?

It depends on each client. Some like to touch base more than others! You have access to me Mon - Fri for any questions you have. & you won’t go more than 48 hours without hearing from Coach Massi. You have daily access to Massi to ask real-time questions in order to get guidance on your personalized program.

5.) What do you need to begin?

All you need to begin is:

  1. An Internet connection: in order to download the apps and be able to access the curriculum, workouts, and WhatsApp.

  2. A space to work out in: inside of your home/apartment or the gym.

  3. Training equipment: Coach Massi can adjust your training to fit whatever equipment you have available to you.

6.) Are the workouts able to be done at home?

Yes - especially during the COVID global pandemic. You'll learn how to lift weights and strength train inside of the program to get optimal results.

7.) Do you have a payment plan?

Yes, of course, we want to make sure to provide payment plan options for those who are not able to make payments in full.

8.) How do the payments work?

As soon as we decide we’d be the right fit to work together and you decide to enroll you’ll be able to make your first payment over the phone. If you choose the payment plan option, the payments will be taken via a credit or debit card.

9.) Is there a weight loss guarantee with this program?

This program is for highly committed and driven women who are serious about investing in their health and making major mindset shifts, nutrition, and body transformations. Factors that contribute to the rate of weight loss include but are not limited to consistency, effort, adherence, metabolism, the presence of other known or unknown underlying health conditions, genetics, and the client’s history of dieting. However, with great consistency, we’ve seen many clients get results with an average of 0.5 - 0.7% of their body weight loss per week in addition to fat loss that we track through specific body measurements.

10.) What if I’m unhappy with the program?

We would never want you to be unhappy with your experience. If you find that 1:1 private coaching isn’t the right fit for you, contact our admin team for your options.

11.) How has this program worked for other women?

My name is Masiel lovingly known as Massi :)

The founder of the GetFitWithMassi!

I’m the proud oldest daughter of immigrant parents from the Dominican Republic who understands the value of grit and hard work.

An Afro-Latina weight loss coach whose mission is to help women lose weight and feel great without limiting their diets.

I started working in the gym as a personal trainer, created my own outdoor Bootcamp, taught Zumba classes, and sat in my client’s kitchen’s to help them with meal prep. As a personal trainer and nutritionist, I get to bring my clients the best of both worlds.

I provide coaching virtually through 1:1 Online Private Coaching.

I’ve personally coached 200+ women, to build the healthy body and life they've always wanted.
