Frequently Asked Questions 

When does the program start and finish?

The program starts on Saturday, January 5th, 2019 and runs live for 6-weeks.

How do the weekly classes work?

Each week you’ll have a pre-recorded class that will teach you the topic of the week you’ll be focusing on.

How do the 2 group coaching calls work?

We'll have 2 live group coaching call’s. The first call will be on Saturday, January 5th 2019 & the last call will be on Saturday, February 9th.

There’s homework? Do I have to do it every week?

Each week you’ll get adult homework. When you complete your homework/challenge every week, Masiel will be review and make individual recommendations/alterations for what you need to focus on the following week.

How long do I have access to the program?

After enrolling, you have access to this program for the 6-weeks you are enrolled--across any and all devices you own.

Are the workouts able to be done at home?

Yes! All you’ll need to purchase is dumbbells and resistance bands.

What if I am unhappy with the program?

I would never want you to be unhappy with your experience. Hey, I'm Masiel lovingly known as Massi :)

I’m an Online Personal Trainer, Licensed Zumba© Instructor and  fitness educator who’s passion is to help WOC lose weight, burn fat, build confidence and live a healthier lifestyle.
