When does the program start and finish?
The program starts on Saturday, March 16th 2019 and runs live for 8-weeks.
How do the weekly classes work?
Each week you’ll have a pre-recorded class that will teach you the topic of the week you’ll be focusing on.
How do the 2 group coaching calls work?
Each week, you’ll have a coaching call on Mondays and on Thursdays to review your workouts and meals for the previous weeks and to get coaching support.
There’s homework? Do I have to do it every week?
Each week you’ll get adult” homework” aka challenges. When you complete your homework/challenge every week, Masiel will be review and make individual recommendations/alterations for what you need to focus on the following week.
How long do I have access to the program?
After enrolling, you have access to this program for life :)--across any and all devices you own.
Are the workouts able to be done at home?
Yes! All you’ll need to purchase is dumbbells and resistance bands.
What if I am unhappy with the program?
