        When does the program start and finish?

        The program starts on Sunday, September 2nd, 2018 and runs live for 6-weeks after that date.

        How do the weekly classes/Calls work?

        We'll have a live group call on Sunday where I will teach a nutrition lesson and 2 recipes. The replay of the live Sunday classes will be in your program dashboard within 24 hours of the recording. If you complete and submit the homework (your Complete meal log + Feedback form) you will receive the link to the private group coaching call on Saturday with Massi where you can get your specific questions answered.

        How long do I have access to the program?

        After enrolling, you have access to this program for the 6-weeks you are enrolled--across any and all devices you own.
