My biggest issue before this program was meal planning and what to actually eat.
With this program just after the 2nd week I was more confident on what to eat and A LOT more organized with my meal planning and prepping. I didn’t weigh myself on a scale because I have in the past and it drove me insane thinking about a specific number. I was able to tell the program was working based on how my clothes fit and how my body felt. It’s such a hard feeling to describe, but in short I didn’t feel bloated and knew I had a flatter stomach.
