The 2019 Fitness Challenge is set up for 5 training days and two rest days of your choice per week. The program will progressively get more challenging as you get stronger! I will adjust your macros and cardio weekly or as needed throughout the 2 months to ensure you’re on the right path for your goals!

When does the program start and finish?
The program starts on Sunday, September #, 2018 and runs live for 8 weeks. You'll receive recordings of the live Sunday classes in your program dashboard within 24 hours of their recording.
How long do I have access to the program?
For the lifetime of the program (which will be at least two years from your purchase date). After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this program--across any and all devices you own.
